- You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, balancing day-to-day system management with improvement, change and optimisation. You’ll be responsible for:
- Administering and supporting core ERP and business applications
- Managing users, access, permissions, licensing and system security
- Managing incidents, service requests and changes through to resolution
- Supporting upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement
- Maintaining system documentation, processes and standards
