  • NG10 . This is an initial

3-week temporary assignment , with the possibility of an extension depending on business requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with previous customer service and administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer support.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support, ensuring customer enquiries, orders, and deliveries are managed efficiently while supporting the smooth running of the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Process customer orders accurately from enquiry through to dispatch.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director.
  • Maintain customer records
  • Coordinate deliveries, collections, and freight arrangements.
  • Assist with international shipment administration where required.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
  • Carry out general administrative duties and provide support to the wider team as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Previous experience in a customer service and administration position.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
