Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with East Midlands Housing Group (emh) for an exciting opportunity to lead a brand new team as Head of Rent and Service Charge Accounting.
Following legislative changes to the social housing sector and an internal review of capacity and processes emh are building brand new 12 person team in addition to the existing structure. This opportunity will be leading the new team and reporting directly into their Finance Director.
emh group is based in Coalville, Leicestershire and are one of the largest providers of affordable homes and care services in the East Midlands. - £77,500 - £86,000
- 35 hours per week
- 8% employer pension contribution
- 39 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Hybrid working - site based in Coalville, Leicestershire - LE67 4JP
Minimum Requirements
- Depth of service charges knowledge and experience
- Experience managing, developing and motivating a team
- A foundation of experience in accounting including but not limited to preparing budgets, monthly management accounts and annual service charge statements
