The key objective is to lead an established in-house design team responsible for developing and mentoring team members, improving design processes, driving standardisation and automation. Main Responsibilities Lead and manage the Design Team, overseeing priorities, workload, performance, development, resource planning and delivery of project outputs. Drive the continuous development of the Design function through improved processes, new technologies, standardised solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as the primary point of escalation for technical queries, providing guidance and support to the Design Team. Drive design automation and standardisation across the function.
