Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit Controller
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £24,000 – £25,000
Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
We have a new position for a Sales Ledger Clerk/Credit Controller to join a busy Accounts department. Please note this role is full time, on site at their Head Office in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening new credit accounts
- Posting sales invoices to the ledger
- Checking prices and stock notes
- Raising and posting credit notes & journals
- Processing payments received
- Chasing payments by phone and email, managing inbox
- Any other ad-hoc duties in house i.e. daily post
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Sales Ledger / Credit Controller role is essential
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Keen attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
