We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking complex care provider that holds a GOOD rating with CQC. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead on their complex care services and help drive the organisation towards an Outstanding rating.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to a London Office 3 days per week with 2 days wfh or field-based.
About our client: Our client is a nurse-led care provider delivering personalised, high-quality support to adults and children with complex mental, physical and social health needs.
About the role: As Complex Care Registered Manager, you will hold full operational responsibility for service delivery, compliance, and quality assurance. You will lead a skilled, multidisciplinary team, oversee care planning for individuals with highly complex clinical needs, and ensure the service continues to meet and exceed CQC standards. There is also a genuine opportunity to contribute to business growth, building relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and NHS partners.
What we are looking for: Our client would love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- A registered nursing qualification (NMC) or a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing complex care or continuing healthcare services.
- A strong track record of leading CQC inspections and audits, with a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework (CQC SAF Framework).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and optimising independence combined with the ability to lead with integrity, compassion, and accountability.
