We are working with a specialist primary academy in the Hillingdon area to appoint a long term cover teacher. Every child on roll has an EHCP, with needs that are predominantly social, emotional and mental health related. Classes are small, staffing ratios are generous and the school is built around trauma informed practice, so behaviour is understood rather than simply managed.
