Head of Children's & CAMHS Division - London
We're working with an established healthcare recruitment business that is launching a national Children’s & CAMHS division, and we need an experienced specialist to lead it.
The platform is already built, with the infrastructure, compliance and delivery functions in place.
What our client needs now is the person to make this desk their own and grow it across the NHS, private providers, local authorities and independent services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a national Children’s & CAMHS desk, permanent and temporary
- Win new business and develop key client relationships
- Build and mentor your own team as the division scales
- Own divisional performance and P&L
Qualifications
- All applicants must already have specific CAMHS and Mental Health experience with a proven track record.
- Proven billing track record in Children’s Services and/or CAMHS recruitment (may consider broader Mental Health experience with CAMHS).
- Established relationships across NHS, private or local authority services.
- Commercial, entrepreneurial and ready to lead.
Package & Benefits
- Fantastic salary with outstanding commission (up to 35% of GM!) and override.
- Full divisional ownership and the autonomy to drive national growth.
- Open to Senior Consultant / Team Leader candidates too (£35,000 to £55,000 basic).
