We are appointing a Business Development Manager on behalf of a well-regarded UK Complex Care provider. Field-based, regional ownership, and full backing from clinical and operational leadership.
If you already know how referrals move through LA’s, ICB’s and Case Management and have a proactive approach to growing a client base, building relationships and securing new packages we would love to hear from you.
The role
- To take responsibility for winning new packages across CHC teams, ICBs, Case Managers, solicitors and private payors
- Lead commercial negotiations within agreed parameters
- Represent the business at BABICM, CMSUK and APIL events
- Contribute to PQQ, ITT and framework submissions
- Work alongside the Clinical Lead and Registered Manager to ensure every package is one the business can deliver safely and profitably
You will need
- Three years' minimum BD experience in UK Complex or Specialist Homecare
- A demonstrable track record of winning and growing packages
- Working knowledge of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare
- An established network across Case Management firms, ICBs or catastrophic injury solicitors (highly desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
