We are appointing a Business Development Manager on behalf of a well-regarded UK Complex Care provider. Field-based, regional ownership, and full backing from clinical and operational leadership.

If you already know how referrals move through LA’s, ICB’s and Case Management and have a proactive approach to growing a client base, building relationships and securing new packages we would love to hear from you.

The role:

  • To take responsibility for winning new packages across CHC teams, ICBs, Case Managers, solicitors and private payors.
  • Lead commercial negotiations within agreed parameters.
  • Represent the business at BABICM, CMSUK and APIL events.
  • Contribute to PQQ, ITT and framework submissions.
  • Work alongside the Clinical Lead and Registered Manager to ensure every package is one the business can deliver safely and profitably.

You will need:

  • Three years' minimum BD experience in UK Complex or Specialist Homecare.
  • A demonstrable track record of winning and growing packages.
  • Working knowledge of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
  • An established network across Case Management firms, ICBs or catastrophic injury solicitors (highly desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence.
