Machu Specialist Education is recruiting an SEMH Teacher for a welcoming SEMH school in Hayes, Middlesex.
You will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to EHCP outcomes, using trauma-informed approaches to help pupils regulate and re-engage.
You will work with a supportive team including the SENCO, therapists and allied health professionals, line-managing teaching assistants to maximise pupil progress and ensure high expectations across the class.
