A client of ours is hiring a proven Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join their established Midlands office, recruiting into private hospitals, nursing homes and complex care. This is not an entry-level seat. It is a billing-led role for someone who already operates with autonomy, generates their own business, and wants the platform and brand to take their numbers up another level.
What our client needs you to evidence:
- A minimum personal billing history of £150,000+ gross profit per annum, sustained over multiple reporting periods
- A track record of winning new business independently, not just working an inherited desk
- Substantive UK healthcare recruitment experience across private hospitals, nursing homes or complex care
- Confidence running a full 360 desk, from BD through to delivery
What is on the table:
- Strong Salary
- Uncapped commission with a transparent structure that rewards high performance
- Immediate access to a substantial database of fully compliant, work-ready candidates, allowing you to bill from day one rather than build from scratch
- A proficient in-house compliance team that takes the administrative burden off your desk, so your time is spent on revenue-generating activity
- A highly competitive base, benchmarked against your billings rather than your years
- Four days in the office, one day from home
- A mature desk, deep candidate pools and long-standing client relationships
- Genuine progression into senior billing, team lead or principal consultant routes
Who this is not for:
If your billings have come from a hot desk, inherited accounts or volume-led temp work without the BD foundation underneath, this will not be the right move for you. If you do not adopt a phone-first approach then this role will not suit your style of recruiting.
Applicant Screening Threshold:
We are operating under a strict instruction from our client that prospective applicants must specifically have Healthcare recruitment experience in the private sector. Applicants must live in the UK, have full living and working rights and have the prerequisite experience listed above. Unfortunately, we cannot to applicants who do not meet this criteria.
