We are working with an established healthcare recruitment agency in the West Midlands that is thriving and looking to bring in a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to help capitalise on a busy market.
This is a full 360 role. You will own the desk end to end, from winning the client and taking the brief through to placing the candidate and managing the relationship afterwards. The business is in a strong position with plenty of work on, and just as importantly, plenty of room to go out and open new clients.
The person they want is someone who picks up the phone, starts conversations that were not there yesterday and turns them into live opportunities. You will not be left to figure it out on your own. This role comes with direct support, management and guidance from the Director and the senior leadership team, so you have experienced people backing your desk and helping you grow.
A word on background: You do not need to come from healthcare. The client is open to consultants and senior consultants from any industry, as long as you have a genuine phone first, proactive approach and know how to develop business properly. Sector knowledge can be taught.
What they are looking for:
- A proven 360 billing record, in healthcare or any other sector
- A phone first approach to business development, you are comfortable leading with outreach rather than waiting on inbound
- The confidence and curiosity to open new client relationships from a standing start
- Someone who works the desk as their own business and takes ownership of the result
What is on offer:
- Hybrid working - 4 days in and 1 day wfh
- A thriving business with a real volume of opportunity and plenty of scope to open new clients
- Direct support, management and guidance from the Director and senior leadership team
- Genuine room to shape your own desk and client base
- A competitive basic with a commission structure that pays properly for billing
If you are billing well elsewhere and want a desk where new business is genuinely encouraged and well supported, send a message or apply below and we can have a proper conversation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - Please only apply if you are a West Midlands based recruitment consultant with a proven track record in winning work and billing. I kindly ask that outsourcing companies and those living outside of West Midlands, UK do not apply. You must have current experience working with a recruitment agency.
I look forward to speaking with you!
