Machu Group is a specialist recruitment business working across the UK health and social care sector. We're looking for a 360 recruitment consultant to join the business and develop their own desk.
About the role
This is a full 360 position covering business development, client management, candidate sourcing, placement and ongoing account management. You'll have genuine ownership of your desk, with the support and infrastructure to build it properly.
About you
- Has strong commercial instincts and enjoys the variety of a 360 desk
- Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, from Registered Managers to clinical leads to operational directors
- Is well organised, accountable, and reliable in following through
- Takes a considered, quality-led approach to placements
- Current experience in healthcare or social care recruitment is preferential
- Wants to work hard to achieve outstanding results without cutting corners
