We are working with a well-established and respected complex care provider to recruit a Business Development Manager. Our client delivers specialist homecare across both paediatric and adult services, spanning complex clinical care, palliative care, autism and learning disabilities and mental health support. They work closely with NHS commissioners, ICBs, case managers and families funding care through Personal Healthcare Budgets and private arrangements.
This is a genuine growth role for someone who understands complex care and has a proven track record in building trusted and lasting relationships across the sector.
- Identify and convert new package opportunities across paediatric and adult complex care.
- Represent the business at sector events and within referral networks.
- A track record in business development within complex care, homecare, continuing healthcare or a closely related health and social care setting.
- A strong working knowledge of NHS commissioning, CHC funding and Personal Healthcare Budgets.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Hybrid working with a London office. Competitive salary plus performance-related earnings.
