Business Development Manager (Complex Care) Hybrid working | Office in London We are working with a well-established and respected complex care provider to recruit a Business Development Manager. Our client delivers specialist homecare across both paediatric and adult services, spanning complex clinical care, palliative care, autism and learning disabilities and mental health support. They work closely with NHS commissioners, ICBs, case managers and families funding care through Personal Healthcare Budgets and private arrangements. This is a genuine growth role for someone who understands complex care and has proven track record in building trusted and lasting relationships across the sector What you will do Build and manage relationships with NHS commissioners, ICBs, CHC teams, case managers and discharge teams Identify and convert new package opportunities across paediatric and adult complex care. Work alongside clinical and operational teams to scope, price and mobilise new care packages. Represent the business at sector events and within referral networks. Maintain a healthy, well-managed pipeline and report clearly on activity and growth What you will bring A track record in business development within complex care, homecare, continuing healthcare or a closely related health and social care setting.
