Location: Home based with occasional travel to client meetings and DEKRA offices

Salary: Up to £36K - £39K DOE

We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Content Creator to join our Learning Studio team. We are looking for someone to join our team who can own, design, develop and deliver engaging, creative, content rich digital media solutions for a wide and varied range of clients.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, brochures and layouts using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Design and optimize engaging digital content for various methods of delivery.
  • Engage effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to interpret client needs effectively, understand and develop learning briefs, scope out end-user learning journeys, storyboarding, script and detailed running order creation.
  • Design and develop creative and engaging new digital learning content solutions on a range of topics that are on Brand and of the highest quality.
  • Stay up to date with e-learning trends and digital learning innovations.
  • Report regularly and accurately on your activities and project progress.
  • Attend meetings as required at DEKRA offices and remotely.

In this role, you will design and develop interactive e-learning content, high-quality graphics and multimedia materials. You will be someone who can own, design, develop and deliver engaging, creative, content rich digital media solutions for a wide and varied range of clients.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to translate learning objectives into engaging digital experiences.
  • Strong skills in Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with multiple stakeholders and on your own initiative.
  • Ability to be organised, work efficiently and working across multiple projects managing your time effectively and meeting set deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Be able to create content that conforms to brand identity standards and compliments their design look and feel.
  • Ability to produce a varied range of digital resources including written articles, presentations, videos and infographics.
  • Ability to act upon feedback and input in a positive way.

Desirable Skills:

  • The ability to enhance learning content with video production, motion graphics, animation and multimedia storytelling.
  • Videography, editing, motion graphics and animation. (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Character Animator)
