About The Role
What youll be doing:
- Youll be joining a small team of between 4 6 members of staff
- Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
- You\βll be working up to 27 hours per week
- Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
- Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
- Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when they\βre bewildered by choice
- Youll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets
What youll need β skills and experience:
- Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
- Youll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
- Youll have previous experience in dealing with customers
- Youll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
- Youll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
