Overview
You’ll be joining a small team of between 4 – 6 members of staff. You’ll be committed to delivering a great customer experience. You\’ll be working up to 32.5 hours per week. Any extra time worked beyond your contracted hours is paid or can be taken as time off in lieu. You’ll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner. You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers. You’ll ensure that you exceed our customers’ expectations and reassure them when they\’re bewildered by choice. You’ll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets.

- You’ll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
- You’ll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
- You’ll have previous experience in dealing with customers
- You’ll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
- You’ll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
- You’ll possess basic computer literacy
- You’ll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
