We are looking for a multi-skilled Service Engineer for our Aftersales Department based at our Head Office in Nottingham. Do you have experience working with electrical and mechanical equipment? Are you looking to work on something different each day?
We are looking for talented people who are committed to delivering a great customer experience. At Machine Mart, being a Service Engineer is about offering honest advice, building rapport with customers and exceeding their expectations.
You will have the chance to work in a team on the full range of Machine Mart products including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Air, Petrol, Diesel and Electric powered products. If you are looking to expand your knowledge and work on a variety of different products then this could be the perfect role for you. You will receive on-the-job training but you must have strong engineering skills.
The role:
- Servicing and repairing various items
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to staff and customers
What you'll need:
- A strong engineering background
- An engineering qualification, preferably an NVQ, C&G, or HNC
- Experience diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic equipment
- Enjoy working in a team or on your own in a busy environment
