The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store. You’ll lead a small team of 4-6 staff members, managing and motivating them effectively. You will work up to 45 hours per week; any extra hours are paid or can be taken as time off in lieu. You’ll aim to deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets. You’ll build rapport with customers by offering honest advice and exceeding their expectations, helping them navigate choices confidently.

What you’ll need - skills and experience:

  • Proven experience leading a small team.
  • Management experience in retail or field sales, preferably in a hard goods environment.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience motivating and developing team members.
  • Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
  • Committed to personal and team development.
  • Accurate with numeracy and basic computer skills.
  • Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
