What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be joining a small team of 4–6 members of staff.
  • You’ll be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • You\’ll work up to 36 hours per week.
  • You’ll explain technical equipment in an understandable manner.
  • You’ll offer honest advice and build rapport with customers.
  • You’ll aim to exceed customer expectations and reassure them when they are overwhelmed by choices.
  • You’ll work diligently as part of the team to achieve challenging sales targets.

What you’ll need – skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in selling technical products to customers.
  • Experience in a retail customer service environment.
  • Experience dealing with customers.
  • Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
  • Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
