What you’ll be doing: Working with the Store Manager, sharing responsibility for the store\’s daily operations. Leading by example and co-managing a small team of 4-6 staff members. Working up to 45 hours per week; all extra time worked is paid or can be taken as time off in lieu. Motivating your team to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve sales targets. Building rapport with customers by offering honest advice, exceeding expectations, and reassuring them when faced with many options. What you’ll need – skills and experience: Proven experience in a retail customer service or sales environment. Supervisory or junior management experience, ideally in a retail or field sales environment involving hard goods. Practical knowledge of our product range. Ability to sell our products effectively. Excellent customer service skills. Experience in achieving sales targets. Confident, enthusiastic team player. Skills including accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Desire to succeed both individually and as part of the team.
