Warehouse Trainer
Location: Derby (DE74)
Pay Rate: £13.62 - £15.98 per hour
Shift Pattern: Full Time | Rotating Shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 06:00-18:00)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Trainer to deliver engaging training, coach warehouse operatives and help create a safe and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver inductions for new starters.
- Train employees on warehouse processes, procedures and safe working practices.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job support to improve performance.
- Complete competency assessments and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Promote Health & Safety best practice across the warehouse.
- Identify training needs and deliver refresher training where required.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to support employee development.
- Help maintain high standards of quality, productivity and compliance.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Experience training, coaching or mentoring others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident delivering training to both individuals and groups.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Competent using Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude with a passion for developing people.
Desirable
- Train the Trainer qualification.
- MHE licences or experience (Reach Truck, Counterbalance or PPT).
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
