Mach Recruitment is recruiting Goods In Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse in Thrapston (NN14). This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with regular hours and the potential for a permanent position. Shifts: Days: 6am till 6pm OR Nights 6pm till 6am | 4on & 4off

Payrate:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm: £13.29 per hour, OT £16.99 per hour
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm: £15.95 per hour, OT £18.18 per hour
• 10:00pm - 6:00am: £17.28 per hour, OT £19.67 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Labelling, bagging and tagging products
• Checking goods for quality and accuracy
• Receiving deliveries and checking incoming stock
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Manual handling of boxes weighing up to 15kg
• Following manual handling procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
• Working as part of a supportive warehouse team

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for people who:

• Have previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
• Are reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Have good communication skills
• Are comfortable carrying out regular manual handling duties throughout the shift
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
