Mach Recruitment is seeking several Production Operatives to work in a large chocolate production and distribution site in Fakenham. Reliable transport to Fakenham is required due to the rural location and for night shifts. Public transport is available from Norwich to Fakenham.
Day shift: 6am-6pm with £12.86/hr, OT £17.15/hr
Night shift: 6pm-6am with £13.85/hr, OT £18.47/hr
Location: Fakenham, NR21
Breaks: 30 mins unpaid & 2 x 15 mins paid
Shift: 4 ON 4 OFF

The role: As a Production Operative you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as follows:
- Working on a production line, sorting and stacking chocolate
- Packaging the chocolate into boxes and then onto pallets
- Basic quality checks of product
- General production duties
- Some lifting of product
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
- To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times. General duties as outlined by your shift supervisor.
About you: As a Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:
- Can start immediately and are looking for long term work
- Previous warehouse experience not needed
- Able to work up to 12 hours per shift
- You will be able to travel to Fakenham
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
