We are looking for Food Production Operatives.
Days: Monday to Friday
Immediate start
No experience needed
Available Shift Patterns:
- Sunday to Thursday - 6am to 2pm (Possible overtime available on Fridays)
- Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm (Possible overtime available on Sundays)
- Sunday to Thursday - 10pm to 6am
- Assembly Line - Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm
- Auto-dec - Various - 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am
Pay rates: Β£12.71 to Β£19.86

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Food Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Winsford.
The Role:
As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as follows:
- Packing of customer product as per required specification
- Basic quality checks of product
- General production duties
- Some lifting of product
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
- Work effectively and safely in line with Health & Safety requirements
This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements:
As a Food Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Start immediately and are looking for long-term work
- Previous experience not needed
- Able to work up to 8 & 12 hours per shift
- You will be able to travel to Winsford
- Comfortable around flour and baked products
