We are looking for Food Production Operatives.
Pay rate from £12.80 basic up to £16 per hour overtime.
Location: Carlisle - Gavaghan and Gray CA1 3NQ, Brunel House, Brunel Way.
Immediate start. No experience needed.
Shift timings:
- Days: 6AM - 6PM
- Nights: 6PM - 6AM
Shift allowance:
- Days +£0.25 per hour
- Nights +£1.00 per hour
- 4 on 4 off Nights + £1.70 per hour
- 4 on 4 off Days + £1.10 per hour

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Food Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Carlisle.
The role:
- Packing of customer product as per required specification
- Basic quality checks of product
- General production duties
- Some lifting of product
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
- To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
- This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times
- General duties outlined by your shift supervisor
About you:
- Start immediately and are looking for long term work
- Previous food production experience not needed
