Opportunity to join a successful food manufacturer in the Leeds area, supporting all site-based training from inductions, skills development, and compliance. You will be part of a team driving the training agenda, working with department managers and senior leaders to deliver excellent training and update the matrix.

- Keep accurate training records both paper and digital for audits.
- Working with Engineering, Technical, HR, and Operations teams.
Experience:
- Deliver engaging operational training.
- Strong presentation and coaching skills.
- Organised with excellent planning and time management.
- User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Role:
- Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to cover all shifts on occasions: AM, PM, Nights.
