Opportunity to join a successful food manufacturer in the Leeds area, supporting all site-based training from inductions, skills development, and compliance. You will be part of a team driving the training agenda, working with department managers and senior leaders to deliver excellent training and update the matrix.

  • Being a food manufacturer, elements of training include food safety and technical compliance.
  • Keep accurate training records both paper and digital for audits.
  • Working with Engineering, Technical, HR, and Operations teams.

Experience:

  • Deliver engaging operational training.
  • Strong presentation and coaching skills.
  • Organised with excellent planning and time management.
  • User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Role:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility to cover all shifts on occasions: AM, PM, Nights.
  • Salary - strong depending on experience.
