We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter on a fixed-term basis, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Manage agency relationships where required, ensuring cost-effective hiring solutions
- Support workforce planning and forecasting activities
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
