Currently recruiting for a New Product Development Manager for a successful food manufacturer. This is a new role created through growth. You will manage multiple projects from concept to launch, working closely with commercial production and technical teams. This is a creative role, with exciting seasonal (award-winning) launches, especially over Summer and Christmas ranges. The site has seen huge investment within their NPD showcase kitchen and facilities.
Skills / Experience:
- Working in an NPD / new product development role for a food or drinks manufacturer
- Liaising with key stakeholders plus customers, ideally UK retailers
- Working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise workload
- Creative and passionate mindset for new products and innovation
