My client, a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in North East Lincolnshire, is seeking an Operations Director / Site Director / General Manager to drive and lead the business through a period of positive change and growth.
Are you an experienced Site Director looking for your next challenge? Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for the Senior Management Team, all operations, and execution of plans to produce high-quality products, as per customer demand, within budget, adhering to health and safety on site.
You will have excellent communication and leadership skills. As a people person, you will manage, develop, and lead your teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and people development.
