Raw Materials Coordinator

Raw Materials Coordinator (Technologist) My client a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in Wakefield area are seeking a Raw Materials Coordinator to join their Technical department, you will take a key role in supporting the Technical teams. Key Responsibilities * Due diligence and take into consideration timescales, company procedures, legislation, and customer codes of practice * Keep up to date with current legislation and company policies * Ensuring that raw materials specifications are assessed according to standards * Ensure raw material deliveries meet specification * Reviewing analytical data * Be compliant with customer requirements Skills and experience * Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene * Chilled Food Manufacturing experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience within Food Manufacturing Role * Days Mon- Friday, 8.00am-5pm * Salary DOE * Pension * Career development and progression * Canteen Mach are acting as an agent for this vacancy
