Quality Assurance Auditors, Corby
Pay rate: Β£15.83 per hour.
Shifts available: 6:00 / 14:00 / 22:00.
Contract type: Permanent.
Mach Recruitment is recruiting for Quality Assurance Auditors to work in a food manufacturing site based in Corby.
The role:
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be responsible for managing Product Safety and Quality within your area of responsibility. Your duties will include:
- Generating weekly code sheets reflecting SKUs produced
- Maintaining and updating the hold log accurately and promptly
- Completing and managing the non-conformance log and corrective actions
- Carrying out hand, allergen, equipment, drain, and listeria swabs
- Conducting water and air hose testing
- Performing traceability exercises and scheduled audits (GMP, CCP, GHP, etc.)
- Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
- Completing taste panels and shelf-life assessments
- Performing microbiological, nutritional, and chemical testing
- Completing ADAs and project work as required
About you:
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of Quality System Auditing
- HACCP Intermediate (Level 3 or above)
- Root Cause Analysis training
- Good IT and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
