Are you an experienced food manufacturing leader looking for your next challenge? My client, a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in the Dorset area, is seeking an Operations Manager/General Manager to drive and lead the business through a period of positive change and growth.
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for the Senior Management Team, all operations, and execution of the plan to produce high-quality products, as per customer demand, within budget, adhering to health and safety on site. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills. As a 'people person', you will manage, develop, and lead your teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and people development.
