My client, a successful food manufacturer based in the Staffordshire area, is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager/Supervisor due to the continued expansion within the business. You will lead the Hygiene team and ensure that the hygiene function operates smoothly on site.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Training of the hygiene staff
- Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Responsible for Audit schedule
- Dealing with chemical and product suppliers
- A keen interest in the ordering of new equipment, to establish how the hygiene team would be able to operate
- To co-ordinate machinery strip down and deep cleaning
