We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter on a fixed-term basis, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles

Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role is required. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environments is highly desirable. The ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced setting is essential. Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) is also necessary.
