We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter on a fixed-term basis, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across operational and corporate functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Support workforce planning and forecasting activities
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with company policies and employment legislation
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract talent within the food manufacturing sector
Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role is required. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environments is highly desirable. The ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced setting is essential. Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) is also necessary.
