Raw Materials Coordinator (Technologist)
My client a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in the Wakefield area are seeking a Raw Materials Coordinator/ Manager to join their Technical department, you will take a key role in supporting the Technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Due diligence and take into consideration timescales, company procedures, legislation, and customer codes of practice
- Keep up to date with current legislation and company policies
- Ensuring that raw materials specifications are assessed according to standards
- Ensure raw material deliveries meet specification
- Reviewing analytical data
- Be compliant with customer requirements
Skills and experience
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
- Chilled Food Manufacturing experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Food Manufacturing
- Leadership of a small team
Role
- Days Mon- Friday
- 7am-3pm or 8m-4pm
