Opportunity to join a successful food manufacturer in the Leeds area, supporting all site-based training from inductions, skills development, and compliance.
You will be part of a team driving the training agenda, working with department managers and senior leaders to deliver excellent training and update the matrix. Being a food manufacturer, elements of training include food safety and technical compliance.
- Keep accurate training records both paper and digital for audits
- Work with Engineering, Technical, HR, and Operations teams
- Deliver engaging operational training
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- Organised with excellent planning and time management
- User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Role: Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover all shifts on occasions (AM, PM, Nights).
Salary: Strong depending on experience.
