Mach Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Shift Production Team Leader/Supervisor for a fast-paced food manufacturing site near Stoke on Trent. You will oversee daily production, drive KPI targets for safety, quality, productivity, cost and people development, and lead your team to consistently meet customer demand.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role runs Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm. The company offers a pension and genuine development opportunities to progress within the organisation.
