We're recruiting a Head of Finance for a large manufacturing site within a leading UK food business. Reporting to the Site Director, you'll be responsible for leading the finance function and providing commercial support to the wider leadership team. The role combines financial control, business partnering and operational performance improvement within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the site finance team
- Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting
- Partner with operational leaders to improve site performance
- Analyse labour, yield, waste and overhead costs
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives
- Support capital investment and business case development
- Ensure strong financial controls and governance
- Provide insight and challenge to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with Group Finance and wider stakeholders
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or food production
- Strong financial planning, forecasting and reporting experience
- Commercially minded with a track record of business partnering
- Comfortable working with senior operational stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
