Currently recruiting for a fast-paced manufacturing business in the Sutton Coldfield area an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to lead all compensation, payroll and benefits for the Group. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Support the administration of employee benefits and contribute to group operations. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring employees receive timely and accurate pay and benefits.
