Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Designers
- Drive departmental performance through effective KPI management and reporting.
- Manage client escalations and provide resolution support for complex design and customer issues.
- Ensure all design work meets company quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor performance, accuracy, and process adherence.

About You
- Previous experience in a Design Manager, Contracts Manager, Trade Manager, or similar leadership position.
- Proven experience managing large design teams within kitchens, interiors, construction products, manufacturing, or a related sector.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Experience handling customer or client escalations and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of KPI management, auditing, quality control, and performance improvement.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, commercially aware, and results-driven.
