Food Safety and Quality Auditor / Manager Working on behalf of our client, a renowned chilled food manufacturer, Mach Recruitment are currently looking for a Food Safety and Quality Auditor. You will ensure that the company meets all necessary legislative / agreed customer standards and food safety best practice guidance, through robust quality management and risk assessment approach. Key responsibilities: * Development of HACCP * Work closely with QA and operations teams * Improve controls around food safety * Run regular HACCP meetings * Actively take part in customer visits and audits * Conduct internal audits Skills and Experience: * Ideally a Degree/HND in Food Science, Technology or Science based subject * Extensive technical experience within food manufacturing * Dealing with multiple retailers * Trained to HACCP Level 3 as a minimum Role: * Permanent * Salary DOE * Monday to Friday * 8.30am-5.00pm * Pension * Generous Annual Leave * Career and development opportunities Mach Recruitment acts as an agency for this vacancy
