- Procurement Administrator (Hybrid)
- Monday to Friday 0900 AM to 1700 PM
- 3 days office two at home,
- (Will need to be in the office more to learn the business to start with)
We are recruiting for an Procurement Admin for genuine family-friendly business for a food manufacturer based in Birmingham
Responsibilities
- Raise, send, and track purchase orders for raw ingredients, packaging, and factory supplies.
- Update supplier pricing, lead times, and contact details in company systems.
- Check delivery notes against supplier invoices and resolve quantity or pricing discrepancies before payment.
- Respond to basic supplier queries and request order updates and delivery documentation.
- Liaise with factory planning, quality, and finance teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Gather data and produce information to support supplier performance and cost reviews.
- Weβre Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A positive, team-oriented approach.
