MacGregor Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Branch Assistant for our client who are a highly successful supplier of windows and doors to trade. They are expanding and opening a number of new trade counter branches in 2023, with their new Lincoln branch opening in early April. They have a great opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join the team!
Branch Assistant role:
- Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a team of 3 you will develop relationships with customers, answer queries face to face and by email and telephone, and deliver great customer service.
- Process quotes and orders using Evolution / Business Micros (Training will be provided).
- Make calls to customers to follow up on quotes, update on their orders and confirm deliveries.
- Call potential customers to inform them about the products and services, and to follow up on mailshots.
- A hands-on role where you will help with the branch operations as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Specific knowledge of windows or working within the building supply sector is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience of delivering customer service and making outbound calls via telephone is essential.
- Great people skills - able to develop strong and trusting relationships with customers.
- Proactive in approach and willing to learn new products and systems.
The Package:
- Monthly branch bonus scheme (Pays up to £750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target).
- 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total).
- Monday to Friday working - no evenings or Saturday working!
