MacGregor recruitment are specialist recruiters for the UK fenestration sector. We have a great opportunity for a Sales Representative to join a multi-site independent supplier of upvc and aluminium windows, doors, bi-folds, roof lanterns and plastics to trade. Working closely with and reporting to the National Sales Manager you will spearhead the sales development for the business across the the Staffordshire to Derbyshire area. Sales Representative role: This is a part office / part field based sales role, with customer and potential customer sales meetings as required With a primary remit to win new customers, you will identify and build relationships with potential end user trade customers across the region, creating opportunities to quote for and supply Develop opportunities to increase supply opportunities with existing customers Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will have demonstrable field sales success experience within the window, door and plastics trade supply sector Strong people, relationship building and communication skills – great at getting on with customers Organised, motivated, and driven in approach – motivated by achieving targets & budgets Valid driving licence The Package Basic £30k PLUS an uncapped bonus scheme! Please note that candidates must have field sales experience specifically within the windows, door or building plastics sector, and have the right to work in the UK.
