MacGregor Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead a window and door trade supply branch based in Crawley, with an independent business offering a wide product range and a great package (£OTE £50k+).
Working closely with your Assistant Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will lead the day-to-day branch operations and ensure that customers receive a great service!
- Develop relationships and sales opportunities with existing customers and prospective customers, achieving branch growth targets.
- Process quotes and orders, answer queries, prepare goods for delivery or collection and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Key holder, banking, reporting of figures etc.
Specific knowledge of window and door products is essential. Great people and relationship building skills are the key to success. Business acumen and drive to develop opportunities and sales are important. A hands-on approach to branch operations is required. A driving licence is essential.
The Package:
- Basic of £35k / OTE £50k+
- Monthly bonus scheme - uncapped bonus scheme
