Job Description
MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Technical Estimator to join our client, an established manufacturer and supplier of premium aluminium windows & doors to trade.
This is a business with investment and on the front foot and in a high growth potential sector of the fenestration market – a great time to join an expanding business.
Estimator role:
- Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate pricing and technical assessments for our glazing systems.
- Review customer enquiries, reviewing specifications, regulation compliance and system and glass choices
- Estimating & Quotations – scheduling & processing quote requests using pricing software
- Following up with customers to maximise conversions
- Providing technical guidance and specification advice Managing and maintaining your individual sales pipeline via CRM
Skills & Experience:
- A solid understanding of aluminium window and door products is essential
- Order Processing / Estimating experience
- The successful candidate will have a technical mindset with a keen eye for detail, and strong problem solving skills is highly desirable
- Great people and communication skills, able to work as part of a team
